Billing and cancellation
Cancel anytime from your account. If you cancel, renewal stops and your paid access continues until the end of your current billing period. Qtype Pro does not offer discretionary refunds for change of mind after paid access has started, but this does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
How billing works
Paid plans renew automatically on the billing interval shown at checkout unless cancelled before renewal. You can review your current plan, renewal status, and subscription settings from the billing area inside your account.
How to cancel
You can cancel from the billing area in your account at any time. If you cancel, your subscription will not renew and your paid access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Refund position
Qtype Pro does not offer goodwill or discretionary refunds simply because you changed your mind after immediate access to paid digital features has started. This does not affect any rights you may have under consumer law, including rights that may apply if digital content or services are faulty, misdescribed, or where cancellation rights still apply.
